Adjustment of a transfer

How to adjust the holding force of the pincers?

It is very important that all the screws of a pincer exert the same force on the sheet so as not to cause it to slide.

It is recommended to use the torque screwdriver for adjusting the pincers.

Putting a transfer into operation with Master Sheets: 30 minutes

Thanks to the system of Master Sheets conceived by Misati, putting a lightweight transfer into operation becomes simpler and can get reduced to 30 minutes. Savings for the stamping company in the initial investment and downtime of the press.

Master Sheets are a set of stamped sheets of all the operations of the transfer. They have been marked with the exact position where gripper fingers fasten the metal sheet.

They are also useful in case of collision as the geometry of the pincers can be checked and readjusted quickly.

Technical assistance

An experienced Misati technician is also available to assist you:

  • Supervision during the set-up of your transfer.
  • Training to the operator in order to increase the production of the transfer, die and press.
  • If requested, the cyclogram of the press and its theoretical maximum production.
  • Study and report of any possible production improvements.

Self-assembly savings

If you provide us with the layout of your sheet and the 3D of the die, Misati will supply simple instructions for assembling your transfer:

  • Study of the transfer, assembly drawings, videos of assembly and set-up.
  • Analysis of collisions, verification of potential interferencies of the transfer with the die to guarantee the reliability.
  • Proposals for improving the dies in order to increase the productivity of the transfer, if possible.
  • Calculation of "spm" of the Press-Die-Sheet-Transfer set ensuring the feasibility of the system.
