Misati makes the mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assembly of the transfer and determines the three-dimensional position of the pincers.
We have our own bench, especially designed to assemble transfers, and a positioning robot, which helps to reduce the number of working hours and guarantess the highest precision.
It is very important that all the screws of a pincer exert the same force on the sheet so as not to cause it to slide.
It is recommended to use the torque screwdriver for adjusting the pincers.
Thanks to the system of Master Sheets conceived by Misati, putting a lightweight transfer into operation becomes simpler and can get reduced to 30 minutes. Savings for the stamping company in the initial investment and downtime of the press.
Master Sheets are a set of stamped sheets of all the operations of the transfer. They have been marked with the exact position where gripper fingers fasten the metal sheet.
They are also useful in case of collision as the geometry of the pincers can be checked and readjusted quickly.
